How is "profitable month" calculated?

A profitable month is any month where your cumulative total P&L is positive. We don't require each individual month to be profitable - we track your overall progress.

What if I have a losing month after being profitable?

No problem! Your profitable months count stays the same. We only count months where your cumulative P&L reaches positive territory. Temporary setbacks don't reset your progress.

Do I need to provide credit card details upfront?

No! Start completely free with no credit card required. We'll only ask for payment information when you reach 1 year of profitability.

I have multiple trading accounts. Do I pay per account?

No. Pricing is per user, not per account. You can connect and manage multiple trading accounts under one subscription.

What if I can't afford the subscription fees?

We're flexible! Our main goal is to help every trader succeed. If the fees are a hardship, contact us at support@fxtradematrix.com. We can extend your free period or work out an alternative arrangement.
